The Texas A&M football team released its first depth chart of the 2025 season Tuesday. No. 19 A&M will open its season against UTSA at home Saturday night, starting at 6 p.m. in Kyle Field (TV: ESPN).
Among the 28 starting spots listed on the depth chart, 15 of them have more than one option and carry an “OR” designation: running back, two of the three wide receivers, tight end, left tackle, center, four of the five defensive linemen, one of the two cornerbacks, one of the two safeties, place kicker, kick returner and punt returner.
The following players are listed alone among the 13 other starting spots: quarterback Marcel Reed, receiver KC Concepcion, left guard Chase Bisontis, right guard Ar’maj Reed-Adams, right tackle Dametrious Crownover, jack end Cashius Howell, linebackers Taurean York and Scooby Williams, nickel Tyreek Chappell, cornerback Will Lee III, safety Bryce Anderson, punter Tyler White and long snapper Jacob Graham.
In his weekly press conference Monday, Aggie coach Mike Elko ruled out three players for the game Saturday: offensive linemen Reuben Fatheree II and Isendre “Papa” Ahfua, and receiver Jerome Myles. Elko said Ahfua and Myles underwent surgery on lower-leg injuries and Fatheree will be sidelined for “at least the first few games” with a lower-leg injury.
